All sessions must be completed at the optimum meeting frequency and in the spirit of engagement/collaboration in order to achieve the agreed KPIs.
At the end of the Programme, if the agreed outcome has not been achieved, additional meetings will be provided on a complimentary basis.
In the unlikely event that this still does not produce the required results, your fee/part fee will be refunded in line with the agreed KPIs.
