Barristers Case Study

The Brief

A leading barrister's chamber in London approached us to explore ways to develop their Direct Access services for family law.

They only turn over a small fraction of what is available in the marketplace and wanted to create this revenue stream within their chambers.

The Process

As this was not the first barrister's chambers we had represented, we understood the restrictions on advertising under the Direct Access Scheme.

We just needed to identify their particular areas of interest. This included family law and the alternative family. We then developed our Ad campaigns in a way specific to the client, reflecting what they wanted to achieve.

The Results

The results of the campaigns speak for themselves: in the first 12 months, their direct-access revenue increased from £40,000 to more than £420,000.

They are currently number 1 on Google search in London for their specific areas of interest and number 1 nationally on Google for other areas of particular interest. The campaigns are continually refined and improved in their second year with Propria.
